DEAR BLACKBERRY/RIM - YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE cannot solve this problem. I am running Vista Ultimate, and after downloading media sync, and going through the install process, a message tells me that windows requires a restart before installing media sync. I have restarted and it still says the same error. I have downloaded the version at least 10 times, using multiple different web browsers. Obviosuly I have also restarted my computer dozens of times. And of course, the disc that came with the blackberry doen't work. Any help is greatly appreciated. The phone will be returned on friday if not fixed
