BB Switch problems

Hello, I'm trying to switch from 9300Curve to 8900Curve. Desktop software hungs transferring Categories database. Any clues?

What part of the process is the BlackBerry® Desktop Software hanging? Is it hung on the backup process or the restore process?

Are you using the backup and restore feature to transfer your data or the Switch Device Wizard?
