Hi all-I can't seem to find the back slash symbol on my new Storm 2.  I need it to set up an e-mail account. Any suggestions? sue

ON the symbols screen (in horizontal view)  almost dead center of the screen, slightly left of center.

If your machine is like mine, then what you do is to go to the numbers screen, touch the Caps Key (others call this the "alt" key) while also touching the front slash. After a little while, you should see the back slash rise on to the screen. Click on it.

 

It took me three hours this PM to figure this out, much of it trial and error. Evidently, getting a back slash is not only unreasonably obscure, it also differs from one model to another.
