Desktop Software for PC

Hi, I started the 7.1 update on my Torch 3810 via the PC Desktop Software. It has said "Database: SMS Messages (456 of 564 items) for the last hour on the backup step. I'm going to leave it overnight but would love to have an idea of what to do tomorrow morning if it hasn't changed.

I'm currently updating and it seems to be frozen right now 677 of 1073 items). I hope it updates when I go to sleep!

I finally got it to update. I shut down the update process and my phone was fine. Then I tried the update straight from my phone. It still took a while but it worked!

What exactly did you do? I've had this happen already every time I try to update (freezes on backup), and I have no idea what to do to get OS7.1.

I ended up trying the update straight from my phone again. I think it took like half a day but it worked!

Mine 9900 has been stuck "Backing up your data" for the last 12 hours - social feeds bar is 0%, overall Backup progress 10% - I've also tried to use the desktop software to no avail. Anyone got and ideas?
