BlackBerry Desktop Manager Suggesting Updates

Screen Shot to support question

 

When I synch with BB Desktop Manager, I always get a screen that says the following applications need updates ... but nothing ever updates.  Just get to step "2 of 4" or "3 of 4" and stops ...

What version of DM do you have?
