it is working now i am using blackberry web desktop manager new version.

I have a very annoying problem with the Backup function in Blackberry Web Desktop Manager.

The Restore & Advanced buttons work but whenever I click on the "Back up" link on this page nothing happens.

Has anyone else experienced such problems or have any ideas?
