Blackberry 8100 Question

I do not know where the CD is that came with my blackberry pearl that I got almost 2 years ago and I want to know how I can download the proper desktop software onto my computer so that I can download all of my contacts from my cell phone to my computer? I also need to know which software package is the correct one to download.

The latest version of the Desktop Manager that you can download is version 5.0 You can download it from the following website

My blackberry pearl 8100 has no power, no redlight and can't recognize in blackberry desktop manager to update the OS if it is a wipe out OS. what seems to be the problem? please help me :smileysad:
