Blackberry Back Up Software Delay

I have been "backing up" my Blackberry Curve 9360 with the Blackberry PC Software for over an hour and It has frozen. It has only backed up about 85% of the data off my phone. What is going on? I don't want to unplug my device but I can not use my phone while it is connected to my PC and is using the Software. HELP!!!!!

Not too many options here.  You will have to shut down the desktop manager and disconnect the phone.

I recommend you restart the computer and do a battery pull on the blackberry.  I also recommend you use blackberry protect too.  If you need the link, its in my signature.  Sorry that is giving you trouble.
