Hi,

Im having big problem in restoring my blackberry contact book after upgrading firmware

Out of 1471 total contacts, there were only 8 contacts restored. 

I tried by Downgrading the BDS, the problem stayed still

Also, use the older backup files, from 1300 contacts, only 56 were restored.

Please advice what to do

To better assist you with this issue I have a few questions:

When you created the Backup were your contacts configured for wireless synchronization?

Do you use BlackBerry® Enterprise Service or BlackBerry® Internet Service?
