I have installed the Blackberry Destop Software and it not working, can anyone assist me with this please?

Hello fricucrosw,

 

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Try doing a clean uninstall of the BlackBerry Desktop Software. Then reinstall it in an admin account on the PC. You can download the latest version of the BlackBerry Desktop Software by going to www.BlackBerry.com/desktopmanager
