I have a new 9900, the software on my HP is having real issues. It does not recognise my phone. Its been an utter disaster. I have even sent the computer back to HP, nothing wrong with it all. Have uninstalled, re installed, have no passwords, at one point it ruined my whole USP ports. This is a business phone and even the phone provider cant hlep. Utter Utter failure

The new Desktop Software v7 was only released two days ago, you've already sent your PC back to HP and gotten it back? in two days time?
Or, could you please tell us what software you're speaking of?
