I plug in my device; which is a torch 9810; and all it says is "connecting" and It never does. So I tried to connect my old curve and it worked. I had problem with backing up so with the curve I didn't do the start up thing, I pressed cancel. So I wanted to connect my torch as if its the first time that it connects so I kept on pressing forget device. It didn't work so I deleted the desktop software about 5 times and installed it again. It never works. All it says is "connecting"
