CRTranRec::GetModifedInfo not available

I have problems when try to synchronize my BB (torch 9800) with desktop.   Before finishing synchronization it appears an error: CTRramRec::GetModifedInfo not available.

 

Somebody nose how to solve the problem?

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Have a look at the following knowledge base article which may help you out with your issue. The error is not the exact same but the workaround listed may resolve your issue.
