Calendar Sync problems - Help!

I am having a problem with my Bold 9930, after upgrading to the most recent os.  I use BB Desktop and when I sync my organizer, it is deleting calendar entries that are more then 2 weeks old.  i have set my options on the device to keep calendar entries "forever" because i need to be able to look back at things month before.

 

I cannot seem to find a setting on the Desktop software that allows me to keep my calendar entris forever.  Can anyone help me out?

Wish I could help but I am having the same problem with my Bold 9900. Last time I synced, it wiped out ALL the old appointments but not any of the alerts. I know I set the sync not to do this and I know the stuff is backed up in Documents/Blackberry/Backup but I am not sure how to sync to bring this stuff back. So, I echo Lou1960's request for help!
