Have downloaded the software onto my laptop desktop for tethering but am not able to open it up because the icon isn't recognized by my laptop. Am using windows XP operating system. Can someone please tell me how to continue? Many thanks in advance!
Am not able to even open it up because of this particular icon - the one that looks like a guitar amplifier - a square blue and white icon with a few small black buttons near the top inside of the square - know what I mean?
This site should be accessed via your computer. Also, if you are still having problems accessing the site, try going to www.blackberry.com/go/softwaredownloads instead.
