Help! I posted before. I can't sync my Curve on my brand new Dell with win 7 and Outlook 2007 using DTM 5.0.1. I continue to get an "unable to read application data" error. I have followed all of the directions on KB02048, but the solutions are not written for win 7. All of the directories are file locations are different, but I did my best to follow the directions. Here's the problem:
When I sync ,my contacts (calendar works fine) on the second pass sduring the sync process I get "unable to read application data" at record #77. When I first started trying this weeks ago, I got the same error on record #79, so I deleted it. Then I got it on record #78, deleted it, and now get it on record #77. I have backed up the address book file and deleted it and then resotred it twice (and that is a very long process, but I did it twice.) Nothing is working.
I HAVE BEEN STUCK ON THIS FOR 5 WEEKS. i HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH VARIOUS KB DOCS, AND TRIED IT ALL, when the directions made sense for win 7, and most of them don't because the file structure is completely different. Has this software been updated for win 7?
