Hi my blackberry curve has recently been displaying a white screen with App error 523, i have downloaded the software and followed the instructions from other posts with the same problems but I am stuck on the Blackberry Desktop Software page, it has acknowledged my phone, however it has been 'connecting' for over an hour and when i go to the application option it just displays 'connect your blackberry device' despite it already being connected.
Does anyone know what to do please?
