I recently changed from a 32-bit variant to a 64-bit variant of Outlook 2010, and now my Blackberry Desktop Software generates errors rather than sync'ing my data.

I've already been through reinstalling the Blackberry Desktop Software & it still fails.
Please advise.

I uninstalled the Desktop Software version 6.1 & installed the new version 7 fresh.
Now it fails during the calendar sync, & gives just one error:

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

@cdvonstinkpot Stinkpot NOT!
Thanks for your thread. Version 7.?? is definitely not ready for prime time. Your situation is very similar to mine, 9930 on Sprint which verified the version of 6.1 that I need.
From the error messages, one might assume that the 64 bit installation was faulty. Thanks for providing additional info that V6.1 does work with 64 bit. I haven't found any compelling reason to switch to 64bit. But, then my homebuilt PC is so fast that I doubt that I would gain any performance advantage from 64 bit. When I installed Office 2010 to start with, there were too many software versions I used that wouldn't work with the 64 bit version.
Personally, I think you are fortunate that you didn't get a good install. They have replaced Intellisync with something horrible. I installed 7.1 & very easily ran a sync. It was a disaster! In order to add 5 things to my Bold's calendar, I had to delete 25 very critical past items from the Outlook calendar. There were no options. Be very careful when you do get a good install with 7.??

Thanks again!
