Like many in the forum, I am having problems with Desktop Manager with Vista and Outlook 2007.
Based on what I've read here, I have tried:
Clean remove of old version of DM4.3
Fresh install of DM4.3
Remove of DM4.3
Fresh install of DM4.6
Deleting the Intellisync file
Resetting the configuration
Various combinations of "calendar only"/"address book only" synchronization attempts
I am trying to synchronize my calendar and my address book.
Progress messages indicate that the device address book gets read, followed by the Outlook address folder, then the device calendar, then the Outlook calendar. The number of records processed in each case look reasonable.
I get the frustratingly generic "Desktop Manager has stopped working" message, and the program closes without completing any synchronization.
Help / advice appreciated.
