I want to thank you for this post. It solved my sync error, but I have another issue....

Do you still use PI?

I'm going crazy with sync issues and fields not mapping correctly.

I have a Torch.

I want to be able to enter data on PI/BB/Outlook and have it all sync up. I can't seem to get all three to sync without duplicates/missing/mismapped/deleted entries. I've deleted PI and BB then synced using Outlook as the initial program and still crazy problems. They are not consistent, either. I'll correct an entry and two or three syncs later it causes an issue in one of the programs. It is like the programs can't determine the most recent entry and just use that.

Any ideas?

I did this.  Uninstalled everything and re-installed, but no go.  I'm using Microsoft 7 and outlook 2010 though.  any suggestions?

Was having the same problem, Version 6 started giving me Synch Errors.....I went back to V4.5 and works like a champ!!!!! woooohooooo - Fine by me
