Hi,
I'm trying to sincronyze my PC and my device, but the emails are not sincronizing at all. when I open the DM, at the Sincronizing menu, the option to reconcile the messages from my email is gryed out, and I can't activate that option.
Could some body help me to activate it?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Are you currently setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server? Because if not you will not have that option available for you.

Sorry for the delay in reply,
Does your company have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server? If not sure go under Options>Advanced Options>Enterprise activation and it'll tell you if you're activated.
