1. Check the e-mail general options on your device, it should bet set to "mailbox wins". this means that when the device reconcilies itself with the server changes will always be led by the server, not the device.
2. Speak to your BES administrator, they should be able to ensure the account seetings they possess on the BES, and your handset, is set correctly.

Sorry the above information (i.e. option 1) is wrong!
You need to set the option to Mailbox & Handheld.
