Hope someone here can help. I am using the current version of Desktop Manager (6.x) with Windows 7. The app has not problem connecting with my blackbery 9300. However when I connect my BB HS 700 BT headset with the same cable to the same USB port, the app shows that no device is connected, This also happens with a previous version of Desktop Manager on another computer - recognizes the smartphone but not the headset. Normally when I plug in a USB device, there is a windows tone but not so with the headset.
I am trying to update the software on the headset.
Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
