Desktop Manager WITHOUT Media Manager?

Where can we download Desktop Manager WITHOUT Media Manager? Blackberry had always provided two links; one WITH the Media Manager and one WITHOUT Media Manager. This latest release (5.0.1 B73) just has the WITH Media Manager link but I don't want all that excess baggage; just the Desktop manager, please!

Once you select the Software For BlackBerry Desktop Software v5.0 Service Pack 1 (5.0.1)

You will the NO media manager version as items 1 and 3 on the list.

I don't care for the Media Manager either.
