It is also a good idea to download (to your PC) a fresh copy of your device OS package from your carrier:
Then Install DTM to your PC. Then Install (also to your PC) the device OS package and you should be good to go.

On the drop down menu that asks me to choose a product, I don't see anything for an 8330. Do I pick the version that matches my BB? My BB say v18.104.22.168
The first software download I pointed you to is the desktop software -- it is BB device independent (though probably a good idea to run a version that is at least as new as your BB version -- e.g., you have v22.214.171.124 on your BB, choose at least v4.5 of the DTM software). The only dependency for the version of DTM is the desktop PIM that you use...you must choose a version of DTM that is compatible with that (the second link I sent you). The third link...now that one is device dependent...it is a package, from your carrier, that contains the specifics of your BB device/OS and, when installed to the PC atop DTM, modifies DTM so that it can present you with specific updates tailored to your BB, OS, and carrier.
