Yes, try it. Be sure that it could seem stupid, but works. Keviny's fix tip is "The path is YOUR DRIVE\Program Files\Research in Motion\Blackberry Desktop\Modules then look for RimDesktopServicesPolicyManager.dll. After locating this file add the .old to the extension and hit enter. The file should look like "RimDesktopServicesPolicyManager.dll.old".Then go back and remove the .old and restore the file to its original name."
AND WORKS FINE...

I don't remember them exactly. Sorry. But, I do remember that I found some other things to try on this forum. Search through the threads for this subject. You'll find some ideas.
