blackberry destop software is not working in windos 7 home premium , i formated and tried , but the error is same, its not working after installation of version 7 of bb desktop software, pls reply

What's not working for you, what's happening?

 

Many others have had issues with this version 7, but have been able to state what error they're seeing.
