I cannot run this sw, which is very iimportant for me. (doednt answzer)

I have uninstalled, reinstalled.

I have bought a cleaner.

Still doesnt anwer.

I also tried the 7 version.

 

What can I do

Without you telling us in what way you can't run the software (error message, etc) there is very little anyone can do to help you.
