Destkup not syncing email after upgrade to 7.0.0.59

Hello All, new to this group so if this has been answered please help me by directing me to the solution.

I have the following configuration.

Hp Pavillion,

Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit)

Microsoft Outlook 2010 (64 Bit)

I have just had the latest update to the Desktop Software installed (7.0.0.59) and now the Sync organizer fails with the following error -  Caught_com_error exception.  Description(): null(): Error((): -2147023151 (0x800706D1) ErrorMessage(): The procedure number is out of range.: Source(): null()

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop Software but get the same message.

The desktop software worked for sync Outlook Calendar prior to the upgrade of the desktop software to the latest release.

Any help greatly appriciated as calling RIM doesn't appear to be an acceptable option according to their support matrix.

One of the primary reasons I have the BB is for sync my calendar.  Not having this working is not acceptable for me in my business.

Alan

Re: Destkup not syncing email after upgrade to 7.0.0.59

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

Good luck!
