When I load  MediaSync it asks for a device  password - what's this and how can I reset it?

 

I have my pin, forum ID, my Blackberry ID and my BBM ID ?

Your device password is a password setup for accessing your device when you turn it on, or come out of standby mode.

Ah my mistake I apply my PIN to unlock it and in fact I thought i was using my pin again as the password. However, the keypad on the Blackberry defaults back to letter entry on that screen but I only realised when I entered on the PC and it didn't work - doh!
