ERROR: COLTransferBase: Move First Summary Record: Unable to move to first or next row

This is the error message I am getting when I try to sync my new PC with Outlook 2010 with my existing Blackberry Bold 9900.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I solved the error by removing duplicate names in the phone book.

One of my contacts had also damaged the image of the profile.

This error appears in Office 2007, 2010 or 2013
