Hi all,
User is receiving multiple ETP.DAT emails messages per day in Outlook client on PC. Where are these emails coming from? It looks like Blackberry. More importantly how do I turn them off forever?

User NO LONGER has (1) a black berry device, or (2) Blackberry Desktop Manager, or (3) an email account or account of any kind with Verizon who was the plan provider. There was no BB enterprise, just the user/device, the outlook client, the ISP, and the BDM, The blackberry is in little, tiny bits (powered off), the BDM is uninstalled (and was not installed anywhere else for the user), the users ISP account and associated email plan has been canceled. Email account has been setup fresh on PC. Messages still follow email address. It has to be something at blackberry, right? Why would the user still be receiving emails like this? I know they are expected in a normally functioning BDM setup but now they don't get processed, just deleted angrily over and over again.
Referencing above From: field it would seem that Blackberry is the source. User has no Blackberry support and the solutions I'm finding online about changing the properties on the device or the BDM don't seem to apply in this case since the user no longer has anything to do with Blackberry. Bah.
Any assistance is appreciated.
