When I press on the programm Blackberry Desktop Software to start it, I get the notice:

Blackberry Desktop Software doesn't work anymore. It is looking for a solution. And after that I get the notice:

Blackberry Desktop Software doesn't work anymore. A problem occurred and that's why the program stops working. The program closes and notifies you if a solution is available.

Two day ago I updated my desktop manager to version 6.1.0.35. When synchronization occurs  it errors out at record 30 of 82 with error code 0x8004fd02.  I've searched the data base and found when there may be a solution, but  the steps do not match the desktop manager version.  My Blackberry is an 8330 and my system is MS XP professional running outlook rel 7.

Any help would be appreciated.

Resolved today by removing and reinstalling Desktop software client.

hi there, 

I have been using pc desktop application since February this year. Despite having the application installed on a pc and two laptops, not once I have come accros an issue with either device or the software, not once until today.

When trying to connect to my laptop earlier on today I got this message apperaring :

Bascialy, as soon as I input the device password on the computer, it shuts down the application giving no reasons whatsoever why.

I have tried the following:

re-installing the desltop software

re-booting the phone

with no result.

I am running a 64b windows 7 ultimate on this specific laptop, an will not know untill this evening whether my other two computers are rejecting the phone as well.

Hi, hopefully you can help me, I am unable to install desktop software as it starts and configure windows installer and then a window opens with different command line line options and after Ok it quits, what could be possible reasons and how to work with this.
