Help, I received this message when I downloaded the Desktop Software for PC whenI had the Tools little CD in my drive.
Any how when I was done "and I thought there were problems as I had two UnZipp Icons opened and two BBmessanger Icon open also, at the same time , You know On the bottome of the screen when something is opened and operating?"
Well I tried closing one each of the UNZipper and BB Messenger Icons on the bottom of the screen before it was cpompleted when the program was Finished, I recieved the Notice stating the Error code stated above and also This - Action: RIM_UNinstallMediaApplicationLocation:...\Installer
I am to Either contact where I downloaded the program or Adminstration I think it said "Not sure3
Question - Should I just uninstall the Desktop Software and then re-install it?
