My Bold 9780 is failing to sync to microsoft outlook using updated version of the desktop software. It goes through all the sync process and then gives an error message and then fails.
The error message is CRTranRec::GeLlinkedRecordId:invalid linked record id
How do i resolve this issue??

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by the RIM development team. No resolution time frame is currently available. Please keep checking this article for updates. Also have a look at the workaround listed in the article.
