Is there a way to synchronize files between my Torch 9810 (OS 7.1) and my PC? It seems like RIM has removed the desktop sync feature of Documents To Go when implementeing their own "clone". The "files feature allows me to copy files from my PC but not synchronizing changes made on the handheld. I want bidirectional sync and I'm happy with a USB solution, but not with a cloud based one...

Hey GunnarMqt,
Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
Documents To Go® Desktop synchronization is not supported with BlackBerry 7® OS. To transfer files to and from the BlackBerry® smartphone with BlackBerry® 7 OS the Files feature would be the option available with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
Thanks.

Does that allow me to sync changed files back to the desktop? In the BlackBerry Desktop software I can sync Organizer, Media and Add-inns. Which one should I use for Files? I sync my Organizer data OTA via BES and does not want to sync Media (Music/Pictures etc to my work computer.

I already have the desktop SW, but haven't found a way to transfer edited files back from the handheld (yet)

Isn't there any way to synchronize files (bidirectinal) between BB and desktop? I would like to have files on my BB that I can change and then sync back to the desktop automatically, much the way Documents To Go works on other platforms
