Full remote access to my BB curve 9320 from PC(laptop)

I have installed and was using the app from bb app world 'my mobile' but it has stopped working and I need to regain access to my phone from my PC at home, phone is not in my possession. Any ideas on how to gain access using the network connection.

Can the person reset the phone with a battery pull?  You may have to check with the vendor bb soft for more options.
