Hi,
Currently using PC Desktop revision 7.1.0.32. Blackberry Software version is v4.5.0.187 (Blackberry Curve 8310)
It may be a coincidence or not but before I recently updated my Desktop Software I had no problems syncing my Outlook contacts in both directions, it never failed. Now I can't update in either direction. It terminates with an error. I've gone through my contact lists on both my device and Outlook and changed/removed anything which might be odd. Still no joy. Below is the relevant part of the Sync Log showing the error;
