What do you mean, the USB recognized the drivers? After installing the drivers?

Sorry,english is not my first language. I meant that the USB in the device manager recognized the BB. But i dont get the folder with my microSD. And i never have the mass storage option in my phone. I connect the BB,i get the windows sound,my BB gets that analog clock,but i dont get the mass storage prompt,and i dont get the folder in My Computer. But when i go to Device Manager--USB controlers there IS a Blacberry device. Hope that makes more sence.
