I've just received a replacement handset back today and have tried in vain for the last few hours to connect my "new" handset to connect on desktop software. Everytime the software tries to initialise the device via "Add a New Blackberry Device", it crashes saying "Blackberry Desktop Software has stopped working". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the dekstop software several times (from disc then the website), the drivers update each time when i connect the phone via USB and the software is recognising the phone as the details/pin are in the background on the sign in screen of desktop software!!
More than slightly frustrated!
