Iv actually found the post has now been moved to the following address. This is the most updated with instructions on how to upgrade. I was getting an error with the previous link.

Please help how can I upgrade my Bold 9650 OS5 to OS6. Please help cos I have blackberry desktop software(version7) installed on my pc but it cannot detect my phone but detects others. Thanks
