IPD files replaced with BBB files?

Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me if I am right in thinking IPD backup files are now replaced by BBB files?

 

The BBB files now have a file inside with a pkginfo file and this says "BlackBerryBackupFormatV2.0".

 

Anyone?
