I have downloaded BB Desktop Software from the BB website.
When I run the setup, it gives an error "BB Desktop Software requires following items to be installed....."
and shows Microsoft .net framework 3.5 SP1 (Web Download) in the item list.
When I click on Download Button, it gives me error
"An error occurred while downloading file http://saturn.installshield.com/devstudio/setuprequirements/Microsoft .net/3.5/Helper.exe"
I later found that this was because the url for this .net extension is wrong. But there is no way to actually change the url that the installer will go to to download that extension. I have manually downloaded this Helper file, but it does not run, or I must say, "it splashes and disappears".
I need advice.
