Intellisync - Unknown Error Reported

Hi,

 

Recently got the BB bold. Installed the Desktop Manager 4.6 that came with the device CD. The DM reported the Intellisync - "Unknown Error Reported" error. After reading through the posts, tried the following:-

 

1. Rename the Intellisync folder under documents and settings branch.

2. Delete the Intellisycn folder under documents and settings branch

3. rename the mapi32.dll to mapi32.dll.old and run Fixmapi.dll

4. Reinstall the DM with the latest and greatest from website - 4.7.0.32

 

 

Still the same error. Any help to fix is appreciated.
