JVM Error 517

Hi could anyone assist with the JVM Error 517. The error is comin up with a note to reset, i have tried this several times and it is comin up everytime the phone reboots. note i have a blackberry torch 9810. 

 

I would really appreciate if anyone can assist me with this....thanks

KB03621 :  How to reload BlackBerry Device software and applications using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Hi,

 

I tried the link that you suggested, but when i connect my phone to the laptop the program is not connecting...a message is coming up "Blackberry Desktop Software cannot communicate with the connected device".

                          If BlackBerry Desktop Software is unable to communicate with your device then you had to use Application Loader to force the detection of your device .Please follow this Knowledge Base :

 

KB10144 : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader.

 

 

Try it and let us know.
