Hello.
I recently did my first backup with Blackberry Desktop Manager. I chose a FULL Backup, and I opted to backup the built in media storage. During the backup, it said that it was backing up all 3000+ pictures I had saved.
I then had to do a factory data reset to troubleshoot an issue.
I chose the backup and selected to restore the built in media storage... only 900 pictures are showing up.
I need to know, where can I find these files by navigating in the computer or what happened? Why am I getting 900 pictures back but not the 2100 that I really need?
I have a Blackberry Bold 9930 and I just downloaded the newest Version on Desktop manager for PC.
Please help!!!
