Yesterday it was working perfectly, the battery was low so I decided to turn it off, then I tried to turn it back on it wouldn't so I decided to take the battery out but then it would load but stop at a particular part and not fully load so I took the battery out like 5 times, it would do the same thing, I read someone having the same problem here so I downloaded the blackberry desktop software but it didn't do nothing :s now my phone blinks red but it don't load, what so I do?  Please help me.

Have you recently installed any themes or apps on the device?

Try starting the device in Safe Mode and see it reboots completely.

so i did the safe mode (took the battery out and holded down the Escape key) but nothing happened,it didnt load or nothing :s what do i do noww????

What did happen? Did the loader progress bar go part way, or what?

Can you try Safe Mode again?

nothing loaded, the screen was just blank

what do i do now?
