Desktop Software for PC

I have a Curve 8310 (AT&T) and a laptop with XP Pro. I just update the Blackberry desktop software to version 4.3. I also updated the 8310 software to 4.2.2. These are the latest versions offered for the AT&T version of the phone.

When I clikc on the Media Manger in the Blackberry desktop, the program starts to run -- but crashes within a few seconds!

I've deleted all the software, downloaded it, and reinstalled it: same result. The Synchronize function works fine.

Any ideas?

I restarted mine about 6 times today before it worked.

If your using the international version, you could try just the english. Or if you don't need Roxio, leave that out.

Some have went back to 4.2 and feel it's more stable.
