If you run Media Sync as Admin, does it do anything different?

Running it as administrator doesn't change anything. It still is stuck on "Loading music library..."

I don’t have an easy answer.  This error isn’t something we’ve seen before.

It has something to do with trying to watch the Windows Media Player process.  We’re failing when we attempt to do this and thus the library never properly loads.

Do you have iTunes on your computer?  I’d be curious if it worked properly.

Can you give us a bit more system information?  Version of Windows, version of Windows Media Player.

We’ve made improvements to this code for the next version, but I’ll try to figure out some kind of solution for your problem if I can.

I do have iTunes on my computer and it runs without any problems. Here is some more information:

iTunes version 9.0.3.15

Windows Media Player 11.0.6001.7008

Windows Vista Business 32-bit

I have exactly the same problem and it  started after i upgraded my media sync software. 

I face the same problem with iTunes library. 

I run windows XP. Can i please please request blackberry to give us access to the previous version of media sync.
