Does your phone recognize that the card is there? If not, that means the card is in the wrong format or that is has corrupted. If it corrupted, you need to get a new card as it can mess with your internal memory too.
If you need a new one, here is a suggestion:

Hello,
This could be a software problem or a problem with your memory card/handset.
I'd start by putting your memory card into a different phone, if the other phone reads it you know it's either software or handset related, if not you know it's your memory card.
If it is the handset you can start by resetting your phone to make sure it's not the software. Start by downloading the Blackberry Desktop Software and use this to back up your phone ('back up now' button in the middle of the program.). Once this is done remove the memory card and follow Menu>Options>Security Options>Security wipe. You can then restore your data to the phone using the desktop software.
If, after all of this, it still doesn't work with your phone (but does work in another) you will need to contact Orange to arrange a replacement. I can see you're using a 9360 so is obviously under a year old, you will be covered by warrantee for the first year and Orange can arrange a next day delivery.
Hope this helps

Were your pictures and media stored on the media card?
Remove the media card from the BlackBerry and check it by reading it via a card adapter from your PC and see what's there.
